Originally ordered aftermarket firebrick, since OEM was quite expensive. Order arrived quickly and at first, I was happy with the product, but a panel broke after two burns. Contacted customer support and they offered upgrade options, with full credit of previous deficient product. I bit the bullet, chose the OEM firebrick, paid the difference, and item arrived quickly. OEM firebrick fits much more snuggly, which, I believe will save time and effort during cleaning. Overall, I should have gone with OEM in the first place. It is expensive, but then again my pellet stove is 26 years old. That’s not bad at all. I’m very happy with the whole experience. Customer support did a great job.

Perfect fit for my stove.. Easy breezy
Hi, This was the same part number as the last set I bought years ago but this set was cut wrong, I think the center piece is too wide and thick making the side pieces difficult to install, I had to buy new longer screws to hold the side plates on.With a lot of coaxing I got it to work but they still don’t fit perfect like the old set. I can live with it so it’s ok. Thanks. Phil
