Returns / Cancellations

Need to return an item? It’s no problem with our hassle free return policy. If you wish to return an unused item or part and it is in its original package and is re-saleable, you have 30-days from receipt to return said parts to Pellet Stove Parts 4 Less with no restocking fees.  Any returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.  If you received free shipping on your order we will charge you for the amount we originally incurred for that shipment. We also will not pay for your return postage. No Returns or Refunds on Special Order Products, Closeout Specials or anything that has been used.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged from the carrier. If you've received damaged items in shipping. We will send out a replacement of items after verification of the damaged items. If you'd like to expedite this process please send a picture of your broken items and invoice to us by email at or by text message to 1-774-392-7211. Please note this phone line is for sending text pictures of damage claims only and any phone calls or voicemails will not be answered.

Please click here to apply for a warranty claim on an aftermarket part. All warranty claims on aftermarket parts will be handled directly through the manufacturer. 

Manufacturer's Parts

All parts are factory made by the manufacturer and will be handled on a case by case basis, depending on the warranty policy of the manufacturer. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping. 

How to Return Your Items

You will need to include your original packing slip with your order.

 If you no longer have your original packing slip, you must include your name, order #, and a point of contact for us to reach you if needed.
