I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return / cancellation policy?


 Any orders that you would like to cancel are subject to a 10% service fee.  Any returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned unopened in original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, and refunds will be be issued. Please note shipping costs are not refunded.  If you received free shipping on your order we will charge you for the amount we originally encurred for that shipment. Please note shipping

Damaged Items
If you've received damaged items in shipping. We will send out a replacement of items after verification of the damaged items from the shipping carrier and from Pellet-Stove-Parts-4Less.com.
