QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • My exhaust blower stays on and the stove won't light, is the power control box bad?

Sounds like it is the ignitor or something is blocking the ignitor from getting the heat to the pellets for ignition. First check to make sure that there is no ash blocking the ignitor. Pull out the burn pot and make sure that all holes are clean and clear. Next make sure that the burnpot is seated properly. Even if the burnpot is slightly out of place it will block the heat from the ignitor needed for ignition. After you have cleaned and check each part is replaced properly, try starting your stove again. If you still have no fire then you most likely need to replace the ignitor.
