Blaze King Wood Stove Combustor Gasket. 2" Wide X 1/16" thick (Sold in 1' sections). This replacement gasket helps to seat and seal the combustor in place. It will swell when exposed to high temperatures in the combustor chamber making a tight seal. Normally, it will crumble and fall apart when the combustor is removed. The combustor gasket should be replaced whenever the catalytic combustor is removed for inspection or replacement.

Install Instructions:
The gasket will simply wrap around the combustor as shown in the picture. It is very important that the ends butt together and there is no gap. You should also wrap 1” masking tape around the perimeter, front, and rear of the combustor to keep the gasket in place when the combustor is reinstalled. During the first fire the masking tape will burn off and the combustor gasket will swell providing a tight seal.
