Harman P35i Leaf Pattern Door Trim Kit Bright Nickel, 1-00-00775-8

This optional Harman Leaf Pattern Door Trim Kit is in a Bright Nickle Finish and Fits the P35i, P35i-C pellet insert. Includes the insert door trim and the ash lip trim. The picture shown is from a Harman P68 and is intended to show the Leaf Pattern. Other trim shown in the picture may not be available for the P35i.

This kit requires the installer to drill 4 holes through the cast iron door, the drill bit is included.

Kit Includes:

• 4 x 10-32 Locknut (3-30-8610321)
• 1 x Bright Nickel Door Trim (3-43-06717-8)
• 1 x Bright Nickel Ash Lip Trim (3-43-08400-8)
• 1 x 1/4” Drill Bit (3-99-025)

Note: A matching bright nickel hopper lid knob is available, but not included, part 1-00-02000-8

Compatible Models

Tools required:

• 3/32” Hex Key Wrench
• 3/8” Nut Driver
• Power Drill

To Mount Door Trim

1. Using the hex key wrench, loosen the set screw at latch. Remove the latch pin and latch handle assembly
2. Remove the door from stove. Lay the door face down on a soft material so that you do not scratch or mar the finish
3. Locate the four drill dimples on the inside corners of the door. Using the bit supplied (1/4”), drill a hole through each corner
4. Note: make sure the brill bit doe snot pass through the door at an angle or trim post will not align. A drill press is recommended if you have access to one.
5. Insert the door trim studs through the holes. Using the nut driver, secure with the supplied nuts
6. Note: These nuts are placed on the stud with the indented triangle side facing up. Before tightening the nuts, check that the frame is properly nested into the offset of the door. Do not over-tighten nuts. The frame may distort or the stud can break loose from the frame if over-tightened.
