When the Ultra-Grate first came out in the Whitfield Advantage II-T & III stoves, they were approx 7" wide and had 14 bars across the bottom. A year or so later, Whitfield made a running change and reduced the size of them from 7" to 5.25" wide. The 5.25" wide grates have 10 bars across the bottom. At that time, they discontinued the 7", 14 bar Ultra-Grate, completely.

Quality parts Scotty could not have beamed over faster

After 25 years of service, it was time for a major overhaul for my Whitfield Advantage.... Pretty much all rotating parts - and more - were replaced. All parts purchased were at or near lowest cost and all were completely 'Plug 'n Play'... Motors were all US made Fasco. Wire connectors were perfectly matched with the existing busses. New 'UltraGrate' burn pot/receiver plate dropped in securely and fit like a glove. You'd expect some problems 20+ years after the production run - none to be had. These guys are good to go......

Great Upgrade !

Very easy to install and it has improved the efficiency of the stove by getting more heat with fewer pellets being used. The item was shipped and received quickly even though I ordered during the Christmas shopping rush. Thank you.

Great investment for older stoves

I purchased this upgrade grate kit for my Whitfield Advantage II pellet stove. I was very surprised to see how much more efficient the kit did for my pellet stove. More heat and more efficient. Now I do not have to clean it as often and the glass stays cleaner as well. Worth the investment.
