When Will My Order Ship

Stove Parts For Less typically processes orders within 24 hours after receiving payment. Orders ship from us same day if placed before our shipping cutoff time (see cut off times below), orders placed after our cutoff time will be shipped the next morning.

Please Note: 99% of orders ship the same day with some exceptions, most notably stove bricks and a couple of baffle boards, these items may require a few additional days to process.

What Are My Shipping Charges

Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from, each shipping option will display an associated price for delivery. Most orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.

How Does Free Shipping Work

Most orders over $49 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. ALL free shipping orders must be shipped to a physical address. Please do not use a PO Box. In the event an item received free shipping, the initial shipping costs will not qualify for a refund.

We offer both overnight and two day air shipping services for all orders placed within the Continental United States.

Where Can I Track My Package

Orders which have been shipped out of our warehouse have their tracking number automatically sent to either your email or cell-phone (if you have provided us with one). Tracking information can be obtained for both USPS and UPS by entering your tracking number at the following links:

Does Stove Parts For Less Offer Shipping To Canada

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

Does Stove Parts For Less Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Does Stove Parts For Less Offer Shipping Outside The US

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please note that expedited shipping is not offered for orders shipping outside the Continental United States.

My Package Says Delivered But I Have Not Received It

In the event that one of our shipping carriers fails to accurately deliver a product, please notify us within 1-week of the posted delivery date so that we may open an investigation into the location of your package. Claims can be opened via our claims form as "Order Lost In Shipping". Please allow up to 2-3 business days extra for a package marked delivered to arrive.

My Package Arrived Damaged In Shipping

Orders which have arrived damaged in shipping should be submitted on our return form HERE. Please be sure to include a picture containing both the damage to the product and box.

What Is Stove Parts For Less Policy About Refunding Shipping Costs

When you need parts quickly, we work our hardest to offer the best shipping option. Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost of delivery when a carrier does not meet your expectations. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once a package leaves our warehouse. Shipping delays refers to both late shipments due to bad weather, as well as expedited shipments which are not delivered within their estimated timeframes.
