I have a Harman XXV pellet stove that is 20+ years old. It has been a workhorse, but needed to replace a noisy combustion blower motor & fan. Wanted OEM parts for this replacement. As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed. I was able to find my owners manual on the website, identify the replacement needed, easily look up the replacement part, and was provided with AMP and OEM choice side-by-side. Ordering was easy, and pricing was what I expected; however, as a first-time buyer I was provided a 10% "welcome" discount. The part was immediately shipped and received very quickly. The part was exactly as described and installed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will use again if I need other replacements.
