Replacement 1RPM auger motor for many IronStrike pellet stoves. The auger motor turns the auger and moves the pellets from the hopper to the burn pot. It feeds the fire and keeps it burning. Made by NBK.
Instructions to replace the Auger Feed Motor, Part # H5886, SP4L-700-GA-2 for the Lennox/ IHP Montage:
Unplug the stove from the power outlet
Remove the rear panel of the stove
It is sometimes much easier to remove the stove from the exhaust vent too so you can spin the stove around as all of the work you will doing is from the rear of the stove
Remove the rear service panel
Find the auger motor and remove the wire terminals from the motor
The set screw that hold the motor to the auger is a 1/4" allen key, loosen this screw and the feed motor should slip out of the auger shaft.
IT IS SUGGESTED TO ALWAYS INSTALL A NEW AUGER MOTOR WHEN INSTALLING A NEW BUSHING
Install new motor
Reconnect auger set screw against the flat side of the motor shaft
Attach wire leads to motor and fold them down and away so the rear panel can be reattached
Reinstall the rear service panel
Attach venting is disconnected
Plug in and enjoy stove

There was a special on the day we placed the order so that was a bonus. Today we installed the new auger motor onto our Drolet pellet stove. The process was not difficult and things are back to being toasty warm once again. We will use this company again in the future. Great service.
