Stove Parts For Less typically processes orders within 24 hours after receiving payment. Orders ship from us same day if placed before our shipping cutoff time (see cut off times below), orders placed after our cutoff time will be shipped the next morning.

Please Note: 99% of orders ship the same day with some exceptions, most notably stove bricks and a couple of baffle boards, these items may require a few additional days to process.

Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from, each shipping option will display an associated price for delivery. Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

We offer an array of options for most orders. Please see the estimations below for estimates on when your package will arrive.

USPS

• Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1 to 4 business days
• Priority Mail Express: 1 to 3 business days
• First Class Mail International: 7 to 21 business days
• Priority Mail International: 4 to 7 business days

Next Day Air:

• Business day delivery only, no weekend or holidays. 12 PM is the cutoff time, please plan accordingly. Delivered by the end of next business day.

2nd Day Air

Shipping cutoff times let you know when our carriers are scheduled to pick your order up. Orders placed after the times below will ship the next morning.

Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. ALL free shipping orders must be shipped to a physical address. Please do not use a PO Box. In the event an item received free shipping, the initial shipping costs will not qualify for a refund.

We offer both overnight and two day air shipping services for all orders placed within the Continental United States.

Orders which have been shipped out of our warehouse have their tracking number automatically sent to either your email or cell-phone (if you have provided us with one). Tracking information can be obtained for both USPS and UPS by entering your tracking number at the following links:

Packages shipping to Canada are transferred from USPS to Canada Post at the border. To get tracking info, please enter your USPS tracking number to the Canada Post website link below:

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price.

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please note that expedited shipping is not offered for orders shipping outside the Continental United States.

Orders can be cancelled up to 20-minutes after they're placed on our website, or, before they're in our shipping system. Orders which have tracking information can not be canceled, but can be returned for a refund. Orders can be canceled via our contact form. Please submit cancellation requests in this manner, as other methods may not be seen in time. 

In the event that one of our shipping carriers fails to accurately deliver a product, please notify us within 1-week of the posted delivery date so that we may open an investigation into the location of your package. Claims can be opened via our claims form as "Order Lost In Shipping". Please allow up to 2-3 business days extra for a package marked delivered to arrive.

Orders which have arrived damaged in shipping should be submitted on our return form HERE. Please be sure to include a picture containing both the damage to the product and box.

When you need parts quickly, we work our hardest to offer the best shipping option. Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost of delivery when a carrier does not meet your expectations. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once a package leaves our warehouse. Shipping delays refers to both late shipments due to bad weather, as well as expedited shipments which are not delivered within their estimated timeframes.
