Description

Ashley Pellet Stove PCB Circuit Board (5660PE & 5790): 80605.  The circuit board is responsible for powering all components on your stove.  If you have motors/parts that are getting constant power or components that will not operate, you may have an issue with the board.

Instructions

Install Instructions For Ashley Pellet Stove PCB Circuit Board (5660PE & 5790): 80605

Instructional Documents:

1.) After confirming the stove is completely cool, unplug the unit.

2.) Remove the need panel(s) to gain access to the backside of the board.

4.) Unplug all the wires that are plugged into the back of the circuit board (Pay attention to where the connectors from the wiring harness attach to the back of the control panel).

5.) Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the board to the side panel (Some boards will have plastic clips that need to be compressed to release the board).

6.) Remove the old board and set it aside.

7.) Position the new control board in place and reinstall the previously removed screws.

8.) Plug in all the wires and connectors to the back of the board using the wiring diagram located in your owner's manual as a guide.

9.) Reposition and attach any previously removed panels.

10.) Plug in the unit and press the on button to check for proper operation.

US Stove 5660 control panel

I have purchased from Stove and Grill Parts 4 Less many times before and have never regretted it. They have quality OEM and aftermarket parts, ship lighting fast, and all the parts they sell have worked perfectly. After my stoves igniter failed which resulted in the control panel getting fried, I purchased this panel. It works perfectly, plus this panel actually has a 250 volt 8 amp main fuse protecting the panel as an added bonus, so I don’t have to worry about the panel getting overloaded again.
