The part I was looking for came to me in excellent condition as it was very well wrapped in extensive bubble wrap and packaging. It also arrived very quickly, less than a week after ordering it. I tried to order this part from another company and was told they no longer make it. This part, although decorative in nature, also serves a functional purpose as it helps direct falling wood pellets into the burn pot. Very happy with the company and service.
