Auger shafts can often bind up inside the feed tube if they become warped. This can happen if the pellets in the feed tube become wet. To verify if you warped, remove the shaft and roll it across a flat surface. If it is warped, you will notice the slight bend as it rolls.

Called cabelas to get a replacement auger and of course, they say i have the old model and they no longer make parts for it any more. Found Stove and Grill Parts and sure enough, they had one and when it arrived, it ended up being twice the quality than the original! Definitely satisfied, thank you
