Some Ravelli Pellet Stoves use a 9-hole Molex connection for the blower, capacitor and IC sensors, this is the older style connection which may require some modification. Check your connections prior to ordering.

If you are replacing a pre-2006 motor, you must cut off the connectors from your old motor and attach them to the corresponding wires from the new motor.

Hall Sensor Wiring:

  • All Austroflamm models except the Wega use the hall sensor. Wega models can use this blower without attaching the 3-wire encoder wires for the sensor.
  • For Rika Integra II, Primo, and Visio models that use the green plug-in blocks on the motherboard for the hall sensor, the white Molex plug can be cut off and the wires can be attached to the green module. left to right the order is: White, Red, Black (White wire is for the encoder, Red is 5 volts, black wire is ground)
  • Note: Sometimes we get these motors where the black encoder ground wire is a blue wire. Treat the blue wire as if it were black.

Motor Wiring:

  • The single blue wire from the motor harness will attach to the stove's terminal block in the same location as the top orange wire from the controller.
  • The double sets of wires (brown/brown) do not connect to anything and need to be wrapped or shielded. Electrical tape around the terminal end will be fine.
  • The (brown/black) will attach to anywhere on the neutral ground section of the terminal block. This section will be the section on the stove's terminal block with more than 1 wire. There should be 4 or 5 connected in this section.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
