A very helpful service manager said his techs were backlogged two weeks but it sounded like the problem was with my pilot light getting a carbon build up. I cleaned the electrodes and problem solved. This began recurring and I wanted to have the offending part on hand. I looked up the part number in my owners manual and went on line and after search website found your site to be the best organized and best price. Ordered part and it was delivered in three days. You guys are great.
