Description

Replacement baffle board for a wood stove when the exact part you need is not available. Measures 21'' x 12'' x 1/2''.

Fits multiple stoves: the board is big enough to fit nearly every wood stove or insert made, and would be cut using knife or hacksaw to the dimensions of the original baffle board

MATERIAL: Superwool Plus board, which is hard, strong & withstands 2100F. Superwool is an alternative to ceramic fiber with improved health and safety attributes. Superwool products do NOT carry a GHS health hazard warning label.

Instructional Notes

One of the most important elements in any wood stove is the baffle. Wood stove baffles offer a necessary layer of protection for your firebox. If the baffle is damaged or cracked it could cause the steel at the top of your firebox to warp.


To cut a baffle with a utility knife, firmly score along the desired cutting line with the sharp blade, applying consistent pressure and making multiple passes if necessary, then gently bend the baffle along the scored line to create a clean break; for thicker materials, you might need to score on both sides before bending to fully cut through.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii?
We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Universal Baffle Board

I found it very hard to find the correct board for my stove but after finding a larger one at Stove Parts 4 Less and it was also cheaper. I also needed the blanket and found a larges here also. Both were easy to cut to size. They are in my stove now and works as expected. Shipping was very fast. Also I was worried about the boards breaking in shipping but everything was very secure and it would take a very bad carrier to break. Have their web page saved and will use again and they have my recommendation if you are looking for parts. Thanks Danny Allen
