This is the temperature probe that monitors the temperature of the cooking grate area of the pellet grill. It is located on the back wall, center, of the grill barrel. There is a small shield covering it.
In the manual for the Oklahoma Joe's Rider DLX Pellet Grill 900 and 1200 models this is listed in the parts key as item #26.
Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers
make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please
be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

I purchased this part to repair my pellet smoker prior to a large family cookout for the 4th of July. I ordered it on June 29th and paid for USPS Priority mail so that it would arrive in time for me to install. It spent several days in transit and finally arrived on July 6th. The part fixed my problem however not in time for the party. The part worked great but the shipping process did not.
