Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Lopi door gasket and silicone glue

Thanks to Billy for advising me to buy a tube of their high-temperature silicone glue for attaching a new rope gasket to the door of my Lopi Pioneer pellet stove! It was a quick and easy job, but make sure to clean the door gasket surface thoroughly before applying the glue. It was an unusually warm day, so I left the stove off with the door open so it could dry overnight. ‐ Dale R.
