Description

This Induction Air Fan is the component responsible for pushing combustion air to the burn pot in Lonestar Chef pellet grills. This fan sits under the feed assembly inside of the Pellet hopper and will usually have yellow or orange wires.

How This Part Works

Instructional Notes

  1. Unplug your grill from the power.
  2. The induction fan is located under the hopper. It faces upward, is usually white, and has orange wires leading to it. Unplug the orange wire Molex connector only.
  3. Remove the 4 mounting screws that hold the Traeger draft induction fan using a ¼” wrench or nut driver.
  4. Pull the fan out of the motor area from underneath the hopper.
  5. Install the replacement induction fan using the original 4 mounting screws.
  6. Plug the orange wire Molex connector back together.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
