I have found over several years that any pellet stove will last much longer when it is cleaned properly. The factory cleaning procedures are sufficient to keep it burning properly, but I’ve found that if I do a complete cleaning outside of the house, fans removed and ports exposed etc, there are places that can get plugged with ash that can’t get cleaned out with a general cleaning. I have had to replace parts when they wear out and my pellet stove has been going for nearly 20 years. I have been using Stove and grill parts for less for years and have never been disappointed. I know that if I need a replacement part, I can get the perfect replacement.
