To help keep your porcelain coated grill grates in good condition, scrape them with a Non-Abrasive Wooden Grill Grate Scraper. In addition to scraping your grill grates keeping grease build up down to a minimum is important. You will want to use a Non-flamable Non-toxic Grill Cleaner formulated with plant based material to keep that is formulated for the use on all food prep surfaces.
