Note: This thermometer is compatible with all NON-double walled insulated lids. For installation, if a pre-existing hole does not exist, one must be drilled. If your existing hole is 1/4" inches, you must resize the hole to 13/16" or 21 mm.

Compatible Models

If Replacing Existing Thermometer

1. Remove the pre-installed nut and washer from the thermometer.
2. Insert the thermometer into the hole provided on the top-center of the main barrel door, then secure by re-installing the washer and nut from the interior side of the door.
3. Rotate the thermometer so the text is level and upright.
4. Tighten the thermometer so it is snug, not tight.

If No Existing Thermometer

1. Measure the grill lid height and width to find the center.
2. Using a 13/16" (21mm) metal drill bit, make a hole through the lid.
3. Secure Thermometer with provided washer and nut.

NOTE

DO NOT TIGHTEN THE THERMOMETER BY ROTATING THE DIAL. THIS WILL BREAK THE WATER RESISTANT SEAL AND CAN ALSO REMOVE THE CALIBRATED TEMPERATURE OUT OF SPEC.

When Will My Order Ship

Most orders over $199 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

Is Expedited Shipping Available?

We offer both overnight and two day air shipping services for all orders placed within the Continental United States. For information on shipping cut-off times, go to our shipping page.

Do You Ship To Canada?

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawii?

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do You Ship Outside The US Or Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping other than to Canada.
