    Mistakes sometimes happen and getting the wrong part "out of the shoot" was no real issue. They handled the problem quickly and professionally and for that I still give them a 5-star rating.

    • What is the baffle board for and do you have to use it

      Hi there,
      The function of the baffle boards is aid in the efficiency of the stove. When the baffles get hot enough, the smoke from the wood burning will hit against it and   reignite. This means that less smoke is being sent out the chimney and your getting more out of the fuel you are feeding the stove.
      If you choose not to use the baffles your emissions will be up considerable and you may risk overheating your stove.
