Vogelzang Pellet Stove PCBA LED Controller Display (VG5770 & VG5790): 80630. This control receives input, allowing you to change modes, set temperature, and adjust heat output.  If the control will not hold your settings or will not respond to the start-up / shut-down commands, it may indicate there is an issue with the board.

Instructions

Install Instructions For Vogelzang Pellet Stove (PCBA LED) Controller Display (VG5770 & VG5790): 80630

1.) After confirming the stove is completely cool, unplug the unit.

2.) Remove the need panel(s) to gain access to the backside of the board.

4.) Unplug all the wires that are plugged into the back of the circuit board (Pay attention to where the connectors from the wiring harness attach to the back of the control panel).

5.) Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the board to the side panel (Some boards will have plastic clips that need to be compressed to release the board).

6.) Remove the old board and set it aside.

7.) Position the new control board in place and reinstall the previously removed screws.

8.) Plug in all the wires and connectors to the back of the board using the wiring diagram located in your owner's manual as a guide.

9.) Reposition and attach any previously removed panels.

10.) Plug in the unit and press the on button to check for proper operation.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
