Description

American Hearth Gas Fireplace/Stove Thermopile: R-1054.  Fits multiple American Hearth gas stove and fireplace models (Check your owner's manual to confirm compatibility).  The thermopile is a safety device.  It ensures that gas can only flow to the burner when a flame is present.  If your main burner will not light or the flame is dropping out, this may point to an issue with the thermopile.

Install Instructions For American Hearth Gas Stove/Fireplace Thermopile: R-1054-AMP

Installation instructions: 

1.) Turn the main gas supply off. 

2.) Disconnect the thermopile leads. 

3.) Remove the thermopile from the pilot assembly. 

4.) Position the new thermopile in place. 

5.) Connect the thermopile leads to the correct terminals. 

6.) Light the pilot light following the manufacturer's instructions and test to see if the main burner will run.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

How Does Free Shipping Work?

Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

Do You Ship To Canada?

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii?

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Best Price Around - Top Notch Aftermarket Part Quality

I needed a new pilot generator (thermocouple) for my gas fireplace as my pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. My unit is a bit old and the genuine realfyre parts are pricey. Took a chance on this aftermarket unit which was priced well below the other OE options online and I’m glad I did. The part fit perfectly and functions perfectly. Fireplace is roaring away once again. Very happy with this purchase and with the quick shipping from Stove & Grill Part for Less - will definitely shop with them again.
