Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Good product and cheapers prices

Great improvement

1991 Lopi Elan This new burn pot has made a great improvement burning 100% hardwood pellets. More air flow, and a taller end helps keep the pellets from flying over. In my case, i think I will try and 80% mix. I think they will burn more completely and turn to ash, and drop though the burn pot. These pellets keep the same shape a lot longer, and stack up. Then it backs up to the drop tube. Very little ash. With the original burn pot I had to chop the coals down every 2 hours. With this one, it goes 4 to 5 hours before I have to chop them down. I recommend the new burn pot. It's a great upgrade. Fantastic service from Stove & Grill partsf or less. Thank you
