This flame guide replacement part is compatible with Heatilator Eco Choice BH60 Pellet Boiler. Measurements: 6 1/4" to 3 1/2" x 4 1/8"

Note: The flame guide is considered a "sacrificial" part that is supposed to be replaced from time to time when it wears out, which is usually noted by warping, a crack forming at the base of excessive flaking of the metal.

Install the cast iron flame guide on top of the burn pot. Make sure that the flame guide is fully seated on the vertical sides of the burn pot and that the back of the guide rests against the body of the stove.

The flame guide helps to protect your stove by acting as a buffer between the flame and the interior of the unit. It is important to regularly inspect the flame guide. If you observe cracks or warping the flame guide should be replaced.
