Compatible Models

1. Turn off and unplug your grill.
2. Remove the hopper service panel.
3. Remove the 6 service panel screws found on the top and bottom of the panel and just under the side P.A.L rail.
4. Pull the panel away from the grill.
5. Inside the hopper, locate the power button near the front.
6. Disconnect the wires from the power button by gripping onto the blue connector and pulling away from the button.
7. Unscrew the nut that holds the button in place.
8. Pull the power button out of the hopper from the front of the grill.
9. Insert the new power button into the hopper.
10. Screw on and hand-tighten the nut to secure the button in place.
11. Plug the blue wiring connector into the power button.
12. Align the hoper panel with the screw holes and tighten the 6 screws you previously removed.

When Will My Order Ship

Most orders over $199 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

We offer both overnight and two day air shipping services for all orders placed within the Continental United States. For information on shipping cut-off times, go to our shipping page.

Do You Ship To Canada?

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawii?

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do You Ship Outside The US Or Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping other than to Canada.
