Universal quick drop out thermocouple. Comes with adapter fittings and nuts to adapt to most pilot assemblies. See instructions for applications.

For Honeywell Q334, 1000 Series, C7026, C7034:
Insert thermocouple until it stops and secure with adapter 4.
For Honeywell Q303, Q305, Q308, Q314, Q334A, 2000 Series, Q349, Q359, Q385:
Assemble adapter 5 in lowest groove and pinch with a pair of pliers. Thread nut 7 until it stops. Secure thermocouple using nut 3.
For Honeywell Q308 (old):
Slip nut 3 into position. Thread nut 7 until it stops. Secure thermocouple using nut 3.
For Honeywell Q353:
Add nut 7 to the thermocouple between first and second guide hole in bracket and tighten until the thermocouple stops against first guide hole.
For Junkers BZ1D1Z, BZ2D1Z, CB505:
Insert thermocouple until it stops and secure with adapter 4.
For Junkers CB503:
No adapters needed. Simply insert thermocouple as far as possible.
For Junkers BR55D-Z:
No adapters needed. Secure thermocouple at the end of the thread.
For SIT 10, 16:
No adapters needed. For burners with a distance between flame and bracket of 24 mm: use upper groove and thread for clamping. For burners with a distance between flame and bracket of 30 mm: use lower groove and end of thread for clamping.
For Robertshaw 9B:
Slip bushing 6 over the grooved part of the thermocouple and keep in place with nut 7. Secure thermocouple onto bracket.
For White-Rodgers E33, E35:
Position adapter 5 in the lowest groove as shown and pinch with a pair of pliers. Secure thermocouple using nut 7.
In addition the standard power unit connection nut on the thermocouple, reversible slotted nuts 1,2 and 8 are added to connect the thermocouple to non-Honeywell gas controls.
