Description

US Stove Company (American Harvest) 6039 Multifuel Stove Circuit Board: 80507. The control board is the main component responsible for delivering power to all of the stove's motors during operation. If components on your stove are not operating, the unit is feeding erratically, or the stove is not responding to adjustments, the control may need to be replaced!

Note: Current versions of this board may have different programming than the original.  This difference in programming may cause the distribution/room blower to speed up and slow down.  This is a normal part of operation with the new board.

Instructions

Install Instructions For US Stove American Harvest 6039 Pellet Stove Circuit Board: 80507-AMP

1.) After confirming the stove is completely cool, unplug the unit.

2.) Remove the necessary screws to allow for removal of the needed access panel(s).

3.) Remove the needed access panels (Pay attention to where the connectors from the wiring harness are plugged into the back of the control panel).

4.) Unplug all the wires that are plugged into the back of the circuit board.

5.) Using a screwdriver, remove the two screws that secure the board to the side panel.

6.) Remove the old board and set it aside.

7.) Position the new control board in place and reinstall the two screws that secure it to the side panel.

8.) Plug in all the wires and connectors to the back of the board using the wiring diagram located in your owner's manual as a guide.

9.) Reposition any previously removed panels and reattach them.

10.) Plug in the unit and press the on button to check for proper operation.

Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement.
