make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please
be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

My Whitfield advantage plus free standing is about 30 years old and I had to replace the burn box asap. I ordered 2 so I would have a spare. It came 2 days after I ordered it. Had to adjust the tabs a little bit to make it fit. But so far so good.
