Description

Ashley (Wood/Pellet) Stove Door Hinge Block (AW1820E): 40571. This block attaches to the front of the stove and serves as the attachment point for the main door. If the load door gasket has been changed, the handle/latch has been adjusted, and you cannot get a good door seal, the door hinge blocks may need to be replaced.

Install Instructions For Ashley (Wood/Pellet) Stove Door Hinge Block (AW1820E): 40571

Instructional Notes

1.) Remove the door from the stove.

2.) Treat the nut on the backside of the hinge block with a product like PB Blaster and let it set.

3.) Remove the nut from the backside of the hinge block (On the interior of the stove), and remove the hinge block.

4.) Position the new hinge block in place and reinstall the previously removed nut on the backside of the new hinge block (Confirm the position is correct so that the hinge pins for the door will seat correctly).

5.) Install the door and test to confirm the door will close as it should.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
