Blaze King Wood Stove Outside Air Cap (3" with screws). This plate attaches to the unit. It is the connection point for the air intake flex liner. An outside air kit may not be required in all situations, but normally it is recommended.  The outside air kit feeds uninterrupted combustion air into your appliance from outside the home. This helps to maintain a proper air to fuel balance.

Helpful Tips:

An outside air kit may not always be required but is always recommended! When installing a wood-burning appliance into a modern home it is not uncommon to have inadequate combustion air. This can be caused by a number of factors. Energy-efficient windows, tighter insulation, and other appliances/fans pulling air all contribute to this problem. When an outside air kit is installed, the unit can freely pull air from outside the home. This allows the unit to draft properly and burn at maximum efficiency. If you notice excessive build-up on glass or are experiencing draft issues an outside air kit may help or resolve your issue.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
