Instructional Notes

MOUNTING THE FRONT SHELF

From underneath, insert the screw (from the outside) into the front shelf bracket and the front shelf, then add the bushing onto the screw, the washer, then the nut. Repeat installation for the other side of the front shelf.

NOTE: When installed correctly, the front shelf can be raised (for use) and lowered (for storage) with ease.

IMPORTANT: Avoid using the shelves to move or lift the grill. The weight of the unit will cause the shelves to break, which is not covered by warranty.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
