My husband installed the gasket. He says the hardest part about this fix was getting 17 years of glass door screws off to remove the glass. This gasket is working better than the original, which hadn't been stuck down. We are hoping that the new gasket is cat claws resistant, since the prior gasket had been pulled out during the summer by our industrious cat.
