Thelin stoves have been around since 1979, with their old timer Pot Belly look they caught on very quickly. Thelins stoves are known for being very easy to light and they generate heat quickly. Thelin started off building wood burning stoves, but now they build a wide-rage of stoves, such as wood, gas and pellet. They designed one of the first pellet stoves in the US to be used in households.

Thelin created their first stove models with battery backup systems back in 1993; the Parlour 3000 and Gnome. Both of these stoves are still very popular today.
