USSC Bay Front Pellet Stove (5560 & 5660 PCB) Circuit Board: 80605. This is the main control board that powers all components on the stove. If you are having issues with a component and have confirmed that all parts and switches are working as they should, the board may need to be replaced.

Instructions

Install Instructions For USSC Bay Front Pellet Stove (5560 & 5660 PCB) Circuit Board: 80605

1.) After confirming the stove is completely cool, unplug the unit.

2.) Remove the need panel(s) to gain access to the backside of the board.

4.) Unplug all the wires that are plugged into the back of the circuit board (Pay attention to where the connectors from the wiring harness attach to the back of the control panel).

5.) Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the board to the side panel (Some boards will have plastic clips that need to be compressed to release the board).

6.) Remove the old board and set it aside.

7.) Position the new control board in place and reinstall the previously removed screws.

8.) Plug in all the wires and connectors to the back of the board using the wiring diagram located in your owner's manual as a guide.

9.) Reposition and attach any previously removed panels.

10.) Plug in the unit and press the on button to check for proper operation.

US Stove 5660 control panel

I have purchased from Stove and Grill Parts 4 Less many times before and have never regretted it.   • will the 5560 circuit board work in Ashley mod 5500 xl pellet stove

    According to the manual for the USSC Ashley 5500 Series Pellet stove you will need part 80558, for the replacement of the circuit board.
