US Stove Company American Harvest (6041) Circuit Board: 80575. This is the main control board that powers all components on the stove. If you are having issues with a component and have confirmed that all parts and switches are working as they should, the board may need to be replaced.

Troubleshooting

  • Agitator Will Not Turn: If you have replaced your controller and the agitator will not turn, it is recommended to perform a controller reset. This can be achieved by turning on the stove and then quickly pressing and holding the AUX Up & Down buttons at the same time until the message 'BYE' appears on the controllers screen.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

  • Can i use this board to replace the board in our 6039 model ussc

    According to the manual for the United States Stove Company (USSC) model 6039 pellet stove you will need part number 80507. Control board 80575 is not interchangable with control board 80507.

  • Is this the right control board for a Breckwell SP6000?

    Yes, according to the manual for the Breckwell SP6000, the correct control board is 80575.
