Description

Replacement Baffle Board for many Wood Stoves and Fireplaces. It measures 21" long x 9.75" wide x 0.5" thick. Can be cut to fit with a utility knife. If the board is deteriorated or you notice large cracks forming it should be replaced. You should not burn your stove without a functional baffle board in place! Please check your manual for compatibility, many sizes are available, see more sizes here.

Instructional Notes

One of the most important elements in any wood stove is the baffle. Wood stove baffles offer a necessary layer of protection for your firebox. If the baffle is damaged or cracked it could cause the steel at the top of your firebox to warp.

To cut a baffle with a utility knife, firmly score along the desired cutting line with the sharp blade, applying consistent pressure and making multiple passes if necessary, then gently bend the baffle along the scored line to create a clean break; for thicker materials, you might need to score on both sides before bending to fully cut through.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

How Does Free Shipping Work?
Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.
Do You Ship To Canada?
We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawaii?
We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Parts for my Englander wood stove are nearly impossible to find in Canada, especially on the west coast. I searched and searched for a local supplier to no avail. I did find what I needed at Stove Parts 4 Less and was very happy and relieved to find they shipped to Canada. I ordered the baffle on Jan 8 and it arrived today, the 15th. Super fast shipping even with the terrible weather the east coast is having. It's exactly what I needed and arrived undamaged because of the excellent packaging.
