Description

Ashley Pellet Stove Auger Motor (Bay Front AP5660): 80606.  Replacement auger motor for the AP5660 series pellet stoves by Ashley.  The auger motor rotates the auger shaft, which transfers fuel from the hopper to the burn pot. 

Note: Make sure to confirm the RPM of your old motor before ordering.

Instructions

Install Instructions For Ashley Pellet Stove Auger Motor (Bay Front AP5660): 80606-OEM

1.) Make sure that your unit is cool to the touch.

2.) Unplug the stove.

3.) Remove the needed panels to gain access to the auger motor.

4.) After locating the motor, disconnect the wire leads connecting the motor to the wiring harness.

5.) Using a pair of pliers, remove the retainer pin that attaches the auger motor to the auger shaft (This should release the auger motor).

6.) Position the new auger motor in place (You may need to rotate the auger in order to line up the hole on the auger shaft with the hole on the stub of the motor).

7.) Install the previously removed retainer pin.

8.) Reconnect the wire leads to the wiring harness.

9.) Reinstall any previously removed panels.

10.) Plug in the unit and test the motor.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.
