Ashley (Multi-Fuel) 4 RPM CW (Clockwise) Agitator Motor. This motor attaches to the agitator and rotates the shaft in timed intervals. This helps break up any hard deposits that are starting to form in the burn pot.

Install Instructions For Ashley (Multi-Fuel) 4-RPM CW Agitator/Drive Motor: 80456-AMP
1.) Make sure that your unit is completely cool to the touch.
2.) Unplug the stove from the wall outlet.
3.) Using a wrench or socket remove the screws/bolts attaching the side panel to the stove.
4.) While supporting the panel, disconnect the wires from the control board (Pay special attention to the location of these connections).
5.) Carefully set the side panel away from the unit.
6.) Using a wrench loosen and remove the 4 screws/bolts holding the agitator motor in place.
7.) With an Allen wrench, loosen the two screws holding the gear to the agitator motor.
8.) Remove the gear from the agitator motor.
9.) Slide the agitator motor out towards the back of the unit.
10.) Remove the wire leads connected to the agitator motor.
11.) Install the previously removed leads onto the new motor.
12.) Slide the new motor into position.
13.) Hand thread the 4 previously removed bolts back in place (Keep these screws/bolts loose until the gear and chain have been reattached).
14.) Set the gear and chain into position on the new motor and tighten both set screws firmly.
15.) Adjust the motor so that there is slight tension on the chain and then tighten all for bolts/screws.
16.) Reposition the side panel next to the stove and reconnect the previously removed wires to the control panel (Make sure all wires are reconnected to the proper terminals).
17.) Slide the panel back into position and install the previously removed bolts/screws.
18.) Plug in your unit and test the motor.
Troubleshooting
If clinkers start to develop in the firepot it should be cleaned thoroughly. You may have to do this once or twice a day depending on the moisture content of the fuel you are bunning.
If this is not cleaned out, it could cause the agitator to jam.

make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please
