When Will My Order Ship

How Does Free Shipping Work?
Most orders over $199 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

Read More About Our Shipping InformationI was in desperate need of a part for a pellet stove. It would not let me use priority mail when I checked out. I messaged customer service and they said try again. I had already tried 2 times. I realized they were only in Mass (live in Vermont) so I figured I would wait. There was a major snow storm, yet the part got very quickly and they lady in customer service even sent me an email, checking in because she saw it was deliver (she had been checking on it) and wanted to make sure I got it because she knew I needed quickly. This was above and beyond. Just had to order 2 more parts, placed order on Friday night, regualr shipping option and they were here Monday. Thank you!
