I am very pleased with this purchase. the rope/self-adhesive gasket is high quality, simple to install. My Environ M55 pellet stove is about 10 years old. After ten years, some of the rope, only in several areas, is showing some wear, therefore, I will replace it end of season, which is rapidly approaching. I am very pleased with the rope gasket that was delivered. It is high quality, also self-adhesive, which is even better; I expect it to easily serve me another ten years. The price was reasonable; it is exactly what I needed, and at a fair price. Well-packaged, rapid delivery... great sale!
