Troubleshooting

Auger bushings wear out. If the bushing is spinning or loose in the plate when the auger feeds, the plate and bushing need to be replaced. Dust (fines) at the bottom of the hopper need to be vacuumed out on a regular basis (every 30 days). Never add pellets to your hopper that wet or excessively dusty. It is a good idea to replace your auger motor when replacing an auger bushing and plate.


Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

Fits my Enviro M55 perfectly

I noticed piles of sawdust were ending up under the auger motor on my M55. It turned out this plate and the copper fitting it comes with were worn down from years of use. I quickly found the part of their site and it showed up just a couple days later. Ive replaced several parts on my M55 with from pellet stove parts 4 less. Always impressed!

Fits my Enviro M55 perfectly
