Anderol 465 Synthetic Bearing Oil

We sell the Anderol synthetic bearing oil for Fasco and other pellet stove blower motors that require oil lubrication. This pellet stove-bearing oil is rated for higher temperatures and will keep your bearings from prematurely wearing out due to heat and friction.

Unlike petroleum-based oils, Anderol synthetic bearing oil will not cause premature bearing failure and is a requirement for maintaining all Fasco motors that have oil ports. The Anderol synthetic oil can be safely used on gas, pellet, and wood-burning stove blower motors. Regular use of Anderol bearing oil will extend the life of your blower motor saving you both time and money.

Required by Fasco for all of their high-service temperature motors that have oil ports. But good for all types of pellet and wood stove parts. The use of petroleum-based oils may cause premature bearing failure on your motors. This is not a petroleum-based oil so this meets that standard.

  1. I have a Quadra , Santa Fe Pellet Stove, aprox. 7 years old. It has started to squeel like a belt on a car motor. What can be the cause of this? Is it something to do with the fan motor or the auger that feeds the pellets? Is this just an oil job or more, can I fix it myself? PS. I am a 79 year old on the job female! Please reply to this email asap. as I need my fire for heat this winter. Sincerely A. Martinez

    Hi there,
    If the squealing starts right away when starting the stove, it may be the combustion blower. If the squealing is intermitten it may be the auger motor or something stuck in the feed tube grinding against the metal as the auger turns. If the noise begins after the stove has been on a few minutes, it may be the convection blower. If you determine that it is one of the blowers, you may be able to use the Anderol oil, but you will have to take out the part to see if it has sealed bearings or not. It will say right on the label of the part if they have sealed ball bearings. If they are sealed you will need to replace the part since the lubricant in the motor has dried up or is starting to. This is not a complicated job and you can probably do it yourself - Of course, this is a relative statement.

The part arrived much faster than I was told. I did have to take the new blower apart and reclock the motor but it was no biggy. I was happy to see that it came with a new gasket! I guess I didn't see that in the description. The parts worked perfectly fine!! The oil is a little but it'll work fine.
