Description

Replacement Baffle Board for many Wood Stoves and Fireplaces. It measures 22.625" long x 14" wide x 0.5" thick. Can be cut to fit with a utility knife. If the board is deteriorated or you notice large cracks forming it should be replaced. You should not burn your stove without a functional baffle board in place! One of the most important elements in any wood stove is the baffle. Wood stove baffles offer a necessary layer of protection for your firebox. If the baffle is damaged or cracked it could cause the steel at the top of your firebox to warp.

To cut a baffle with a utility knife, firmly score along the desired cutting line with the sharp blade, applying consistent pressure and making multiple passes if necessary, then gently bend the baffle along the scored line to create a clean break; for thicker materials, you might need to score on both sides before bending to fully cut through.

Troubleshooting

-The baffle board is an important part of your stove. The main purpose of this board is to cause the reburn tubes to become superheated. When this happens, unburned smoke and flue gases traveling past the tubes ignite, increasing your stove's efficiency. The board also protects the top of your stove from direct contact with the flame. If your stove is not burning as it should you should check to make sure that the board is positioned correctly.


Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

Do You Offer Express Shipping?

How Does Free Shipping Work?

Most orders over $49 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
