Troubleshooting
Helpful Tips:
A high-temperature alert can be caused by things other than a bad sensor. The most common cause of this alert is an issue with the convection/distribution fan. If this fan is not operating correctly, it can cause the stove to overheat. If your stove displays the high-temperature alert that is the first component that should be inspected. If the fan appears to be functioning correctly the next thing to check would be the connection between the sensor and the circuit board. If this is not seated correctly it can cause the same alert to appear on the board.
