ComfortBilt Pellet Stove Motherboard / Module Circuit Board. Replacement for stoves manufactured after July 2019 (Blue Board with 4 wire data cable connection). The motherboard is the main circuit board that all other components are connected to. It provides the electrical pathways for the control panel, switches, sensors, and other active components.
1.) Ensure that the power is disconnected from the unit
2.) Unscrew the anchor bolts that secure the L-bracket to the stove body and back of the black box.
3.) Lay the circuit board down on its back and place the new circuit board in the same orientation next to it.
4.) Remove the cover plate from both boards (The plate will be held in place by 4 screws).
5.) One by one remove the connection wires from the old board and attach them to the new board (Pay close attention that you place the connections in the same locations on the new board. If there is any confusion about the connection locations, click on the Videos tab or review the " Connections" list below).
6.) After all connectors have been attached to the new board reattach the face plate.
7.) Remount the bracket to the black box and stove.
8.) Reconnect power to the stove.

Black 20 pin - Connector for gray data line going to top control panel.
Red 2 pin - Connector for NTC1 Proof of fire switch
Yellow 2 Pin - NTC2 Overheat sensor
White 2 Pin - Thermostat temperature sensing wire
Blue 2 Pin - Limit/Hopper Lid Switch
Black 2 Pin - Vacuum Switch Starting at the top right and going down the right side:
Blue soft cover - 10A motherboard fuse
White 14 Pin - Main power harness connector

The Motherboard is located in the central portion of the stove, usually mounted to a floor bracket. This is the main circuit board that all components are connected to. It provides the electrical pathways for the control panel, switches, sensors, and other active components.
Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers
make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please
be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
