Description

This round 3/4" thick, black colored gasket is sold in five foot increments. Consult your stove manual to find out how many feet you will need. Be sure to round up! This gasket is High Density. In order to install this product you will also need gasket cement or mortar (sold separately).

 

Note: This gasket requires the use of gasket cement for installation.

Castle Main Door Seal Rope Gasket

I had no clue how to change out the rope door seal on my pellet stove, but Stice abd Grill Parts for Less helped me get through it. Eric was extremely helpful guiding me thru the task pretty much step by step. I finished the task, but haven't tried lighting the stove yet. I'll give it one more day.

This place sent me a great product and exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately it’s not what I needed. wood stove gasket

I liked the fact that I was able to get my gasket in a medium density. Usual hardware gaskets are soft and they flatten right down to nothing, usually leaving air space. It does take a little more effort to close the wood stove door at first, but it's well worth knowing there is a tight seal.
